1.0.1
Updates, and smoother web apps.
- newUpdates. Tilemode checks for a new version once a day. Check for Updates… is in the menu bar, and Settings has an Automatically check for updates switch.
- betterWeb apps follow along. An update replaces Tilemode. The next time it opens, the web apps you already installed pick up that update. Their names, keys, and saved sign-ins stay.
- betterSign-in stays in the web app, including the window a site opens for sign-in.
- betterFewer stray windows. A blank page, an embedded frame, and a pop-up that hasn't loaded a real address stay in the web app. A link you click to another site still opens outside, when this Mac has an app for that address.
- betterSettings opens from the menu bar whether or not this Mac has a license. Saved web apps and their keys are listed in Settings and in the menu bar.
- betterTile keys work any time this Mac is licensed. You don't have to open the tile panel first.
- betterSmooth tiling. Moving windows into tiles is smooth. With only one display, previous and next display show “Only one display connected”.
- betterSetup asks for a license and shows the current prices. Support is at support@tilemode.app.
- fixedAfter an update, if Accessibility is off, Tilemode shows the drag step again so you can turn it back on.
